The CES system allows the Tenant to track transferred calls by up to 4 different specified numbers. If enabled, callers will be prompted to record their name. The Tenant will be able to hear the recording and can either accept or reject the call. If the call is rejected or the Tenant cannot answer, it will be sent into a CES-provided voice mail box. Caller ID's will be transferred along with all calls.
