Our company has been using the CES virtual office system for almost a year now and it truly has been an excellent tool for all of us. At first I was somewhat hesitant to have a "remote" service such as this; but every aspect of it has met or exceeded all of our expectations. In today's environment it is truly the way to go from both a technical point of view as well as an economic one. When we decided to let our receptionist go because of our decision to implement a cost saving and overhead reduction plan we were truly concerned about how we would handle incoming phone calls in a professional manner. We did not like the idea of answering the phone ourselves or using an answering system to do it. Having a live person who is knowledgeable, personable and receptive to a caller has definitely made a huge difference to all of our clients and more importantly potential customers. In addition to that; having the ability to have our phone calls forwarded to our cell phones and thus be able to answer calls wherever we might be is truly convenient. I can't tell you the number of times callers have complimented our "receptionist". I would recommend the service to anyone who wants to present his or her business professionally with the technical advantages the system offers; especially given the co st savings it can have in today's difficult economic climate.
